Guide to Finding & Using the A68064 Datasheet
Where Else to Find the A68064 Datasheet Link if Allegro’s Site Changes
Manufacturers occasionally reorganize their websites. If the primary a68064 datasheet link becomes broken, use these persistent strategies:
- The Wayback Machine (archive.org) – Enter the old Allegro URL; often, older PDFs are preserved.
- Semiconductor aggregators – Try:
datasheet.lcsc.com or www.semiconductorstore.com. LCSC (major component distributor) usually has original PDFs.
- Octopart part search – Search for “A68064”. The “Datasheet” tab often has multiple sources.
- Allegro’s FTP (historical) –
ftp.allegromicro.com (though may be restricted).
Always verify the document number and revision (e.g., A68064-DS-Rev.4) to ensure you are not using a preliminary or obsolete version. a68064 datasheet link
Datasheet Link & Sourcing Information
Because this part is Obsolete, the official Allegro MicroSystems website may not host the PDF publicly on their main search index. Guide to Finding & Using the A68064 Datasheet

2. Internal Architecture
- DMOS Outputs: Unlike older bipolar drivers, the A68064 uses DMOS (Double-Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors for the output H-Bridge. This provides higher efficiency and less heat generation.
- H-Bridge Configuration: Contains one full H-bridge capable of driving a motor in forward, reverse, brake, or standby modes.
