The most significant part of the C00lgui V2 story is its survival during the transition to Filtering Enabled (FE). Before FE, a hacker could change things for everyone in the server. Once Roblox enforced FE, a script could usually only change things for the player running it. C00lgui V2 was one of the popular hubs that provided "FE bypasses," giving users the illusion of being a "god" in the game world even after Roblox's security tightened.
