• Blurry scans: Verify scanner DPI, cleaning, and focus; reduce feed speed.
• Skewed output: Check feeding mechanism and enable stronger deskew only if originals are consistently skewed.
• Low OCR accuracy: Increase DPI, switch to adaptive binarization, add language/word lists.
• Job backlog: Increase processing workers, archive completed jobs, and verify disk performance.
