Part 3: How to Install These New DBZ TTT Mods (Without Crashing)
Finding these mods is easy (Workshop). Getting them to work together is the real challenge. DBZ mods are famous for Lua errors because they conflict with default TTT weapon slots.

Base Dependencies: Install TTT2 (TTT2 is required for most new ability mods; vanilla TTT1 won't handle the particle systems).

Models: Download the Dragon Ball Z: The Patreon Collection (free on Workshop) – this has 50+ optimized player models with ragdoll physics (so Goku's hair actually moves when he dies).

Global Events: Spirit Bomb Win Condition last, as it overwrites the round-end logic.

What it does: Replaces the traditional ammo counter with a purple Ki bar. All custom weapons drain Ki. You regenerate Ki faster when standing still (charging).
New Feature: The "Desperation Mode." When below 20 HP, your Ki regenerates 300% faster, allowing for last-minute comeback Spirit Bombs.
Why it’s a game-changer: It stops spam. Traitors can’t just mash the Death Beam button; they have to manage resources, making for more tense, strategic rounds.

DBZ TTT mods bring Dragon Ball Z characters, weapons, and abilities into Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT), a Garry’s Mod multiplayer mode where players deduce traitors. These mods add transformations (Super Saiyan forms), energy attacks (Kamehameha, Final Flash), ki meters, custom HUDs, and class roles themed around DBZ factions.
Server Owner Notes: Balancing the Chaos
If you run a TTT server, these mods are fun but require restraint. Here’s the recommended setup:
Disable DBZ weapons on the first round. Give players a vanilla round to smell the betrayal before adding energy blasts.
Limit the Scouter to 1 per Detective. Having three Detectives all screaming “IT’S OVER 9000” kills the vibe.
Map compatibility. These mods work best on large, open maps (like dbz_snakeway_v2 or ttt_kami_house). Don’t try them on ttt_rooftops unless you like dying instantly.
5. Senzu Bean Healing Station (Traitor Trap)
This one is diabolical. The Traitor buys a Senzu Bean Table prop. It looks exactly like the decorative bean stands on the Kami’s Lookout map.
The Trap: When an innocent tries to use it to heal 50 HP, they are locked in an eating animation (the “Nom nom nom” sound plays globally) for 4 seconds.
The Result: They are frozen, completely vulnerable, and their screen displays a message: “Just kidding. That was laxative bean.” The Traitor gets a free headshot.
