The PSP version of Resident Evil 4 was released in 2007. It was developed by Capcom and ported by Digital Eclipse. This version is notable for being a fairly faithful port of the original game, managing to retain much of the gameplay, story, and graphics that made the game so well-received. However, due to the PSP's hardware limitations, some graphical downgrades were necessary.
