    • eBiz Soft (or its successor) – locate the current support email on the old product page or through the Wayback Machine.
    • Provide:
      • Name & email used for purchase
      • Approximate purchase date
      • Order number or invoice (PDF scans work)
      • Proof of ownership (photo of the boxed COA, if you have it).

  4. Proof‑of‑Purchase Alternatives

    • If you bought the software from a third‑party reseller (e.g., Amazon, eBay), the order confirmation from that marketplace is usually accepted.
    • For used copies, the original owner may need to forward you the key or supply a signed letter authorizing the transfer.

  5. Document the key once you receive it—store it in at least two places (e.g., encrypted password manager + a printed copy in a safe).
